The truth of the matter is that while each situation is different, the general process is the same – first, you bring the phone to me so that I can diagnose the problem. After that, I’ll let you know what the problem is and provide you with an estimate of how much time it will take to fix, as well as a price. If that works for you, I’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
